Not every rider fits an off-the-shelf bike.
We build custom bikes for:
Road bikes (performance, endurance, lightweight builds)
Gravel & bikepacking setups
Touring bikes (Rohloff, dynamo, long-haul builds)

Commuter & everyday bikes
Cargo bikes & family setups
Mini velos & unique custom projects
Already have parts or a frame? No problem — we’re happy to build using customer-supplied components.

The Custom Bike Build Process
1. Planning Your Build
We start with your riding style, goals, budget, and ideas. Whether it’s a high-performance road bike, adventure setup, or daily commuter, we’ll guide the process.
2. Spec & Quote
You’ll receive a detailed component list and itemised quote. If you're supplying parts, we’ll check compatibility and make recommendations where needed.
3. Fit & Setup
We can work from a test ride, measurements or an existing bike. We also accept professional fit data if you have already seen a physio or bike fit specialist. Fit varies with purpose, and our team has deep experience across commuting, gravel, touring, long distance road riding and off road adventures. We will align positioning with your chosen method of riding.
4. Deposit & Sourcing
Once you are happy with the specification list, we take a 50 percent deposit and begin sourcing parts. Most components are already in store however, any items that need to be ordered will be ordered immediately. For any items that may take longer than a week, we will let you know. Please consider this if your build is required by a certain date or for an event.
5. The Build
As soon as we have the required parts, building will commence. This process tends to be fairly quick, as we're excited by custom builds! Your frame will be prepared appropriately and components will be installed. We'll test ride the bike to ensure it's functioning as it should but we'll wait until you've test ridden it before the final adjustments. This is to prioritise your comfort and to make sure you're 100% happy with the build.
6. Final Adjustments
You ride it, we refine it — making sure it’s exactly right before sign-off.
New bikes settle in over the first few weeks and your bike may require some refining. We recommend a first service within the first month or two. This is complimentary and ensures everything continues to run smoothly before your next block of riding.
