Our Full Service is the complete overhaul—recommended every 12–18 months. It includes everything in the General Service plus a full clean of the drivetrain, bottom bracket, headset and fork. Disc brakes are bled for peak performance. Perfect for removing creaks or clicks.

General Service

Your go-to regular service, recommended every 6–12 months depending on how and where you ride. It includes a full safety check, gear and brake adjustment, drivetrain clean, and wheel true to keep your bike running smoothly.

Tune up

A basic check and adjustment of brakes, gears and tyre pressure, along with torque checks on key bolts. Includes lubing your chain and a quick frame wipe—ideal for keeping your bike rolling between major services.
